Every Next Automate engagement follows the same four-stage protocol. We start by listening to how your operation actually runs — bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, growth gaps — before any technology is touched. Then we design the architecture: workflows, AI agents, integration points, and dashboards mapped around your real process.

Build and integrate is where engineering takes over. Automations and AI agents are wired up to WhatsApp, ERPs, payments, and the existing tools you already depend on. Then we deploy with zero disruption, hand over the dashboards, and stay involved with continuous optimisation as your operation evolves.

Most projects go live within 4 weeks from kick-off. Larger multi-module engagements run 6 to 10 weeks. There's a one-time setup fee and an affordable monthly subscription — no surprises, no per-seat scaling traps.

Next Automate operates from two bases — Kochi, Kerala in India and Dubai in the UAE. From these two cities we work with SMEs across the whole of India (Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Delhi NCR, and the wider country) and the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the Emirates).
